We look at your floor first. Every quote starts with an on-site visit. We check the slab for cracks, pitting, and past coatings, then give you a written price. Nothing is estimated over the phone.
Prep is usually a broom sweep. Because the coating bonds mechanically rather than needing a profiled surface, most floors need no grinding or acid washing. Some need light grinding or sanding, we’ll tell you in the quote if yours does.
Repairs go in first. Cracks, pits, and spalled areas get filled and levelled before any coating goes down.
Base coat, color, top coat, in one day. The basecoat is zero-VOC, so there’s no solvent smell filling the house through an attached garage door.
Walk on it in hours. Park on it in 24. Most installs are done in a single day, and you’re back to full use the next.
