On-site quote first. We check the slab for moisture, cracks, and any existing floor covering, and give you a written price.
Old flooring comes up. Carpet, tack strip, adhesive, and vinyl all get removed and the slab cleaned back.
Cracks and low spots get filled. Then the floor is levelled where it needs it.
Zero-VOC basecoat. This matters more in a basement than anywhere else in the house — it’s an enclosed space, often with the HVAC return right there. There’s no solvent smell to air out.
Done in a day. Walkable within hours, back in use the next.

Coating a slab with active water coming through it will fail, so we check for moisture at the quote. If there's a drainage or grading issue, fix that first — we'll say so rather than take the job. On a sound slab, a sealed floor handles ordinary humidity far better than carpet or vinyl.
