Outdoor concrete has the hardest life of any surface on your property. It’s wet, then frozen, then baked — sometimes in the same week, because a chinook can take a January afternoon into the fifties. It sits in direct sun at an elevation where UV is far stronger than most coatings were formulated for. And it’s sitting on the same expansive clay that moves your garage slab.
That combination is why patios scale, spall, and go chalky, and why most sealers need redoing every couple of years.
Our system is UV stable, so it holds its color rather than yellowing and going brittle. It stretches with the slab through seasonal movement. And it’s finished non-slip, which matters on steps and around anything that ices over.
For driveways, pool surrounds, and heavy-traffic areas we can broadcast quartz over the base coat — a tougher finish that handles snow shovels, RV weight, and grill heat, and can be matched to your existing concrete.
Our Installation Process
We quote on site. Outdoor slabs vary enormously in condition, so we look before pricing.
Clean and repair. Spalled areas, cracks, and rough patches get filled and levelled.
Base coat, color, sealer. Finished with a non-slip texture appropriate to the surface — more grip on steps and slopes.
Quartz where it earns its place. Driveways and high-traffic surfaces get a quartz broadcast for extra toughness.
Weather-dependent scheduling. We install outdoors spring through fall and watch the forecast. We’d rather move a date than rush a cure.

No. It's UV stable, which is the difference between this and epoxy outdoors. Epoxy isn't UV stable — it yellows, chalks, and turns brittle, and brittle fails fast on a slab that moves.
